Chair Yoga Where You Are Wednesdays

Weekly, 45-minute chair yoga community class, by referral only.

Any chair, anywhere will do, but a sturdy, straight-backed chair with no arms that allows your feet to rest firmly on the floor, knees level with hips works best.

Donations graciously accepted, waiver required.
